I’m used to Thai massages with a certain amount of pressure and confirmed that Jenni was incredible. One of the best of my life! Attentive and precise. I was relieved and relaxed. The welcome when I came home or on the phone could seem a little harsh and cold, but what matters is the massage at the end, so I was very satisfied. Thank you very much!

Amazing Thai massage, firm pressure exactly what I needed as my back, neck and basically whole body needed a thorough and deep massage. Carrying heavy equipment really takes its toll.

10/10 I got for a lot of Thai massages and this was by far the best I’ve had in a long time. I saw Ben, she is extremely gifted in massage and knew exactly what my body needed. Thank you so much Ben my body feels so much better. I will be back to see you again soon. Emily x
I was on a long enough trip to London to take advantage of a Thai massage. I searched in the neighborhood and Cromwell Thai Massage turned up! Boy was I lucky! I came in with a busted up body from two weeks of tourism walking, and also a frozen shoulder going on several months. Ben and Bok worked on both me and my husband. I will not kid you, it was difficult, BUT SO AMAZING!!! Ben restored so much mobility to my shoulder, and my husband walked away feeling like a million bucks. I wish I had had more time for a second visit. I will be pining for Ben back here in California. Their rooms are sweet and clean, and the two of them are like the sweetest Thai aunties you didn’t know you “kneaded.” See what I did there? Thank you Ben! You’re divine! And you also gave my son an incredible massage, and his pain disappeared the next day! Wow!!
I’m writing this not to criticize, but to provide feedback on the service we received. My wife was experiencing back pain. I trusted the reviews and rating of this place and convinced her to come here. We arrived around 11 AM. An older lady welcomed us, but her behavior made it seem like she wasn’t expecting any customers at that time.
We explained my wife’s back pain and specifically asked her to focus on that area. The problem is, she did focus on it — but so intensely that my wife ended up in more pain. Not only did her pain not improve, but now she can’t even lean back due to the soreness in her back. She struggles to rest her back when sitting. There’s also a small bruise about the size of a fingertip on one spot.
I don’t know if we were just unlucky, but it was very disappointing to bring my wife here hoping her back would feel better, only to leave with even more discomfort. For this reason, we were not satisfied with the service we received.
